In 2008, Toronto elementary school teacher turned MC, Humble The Poet, shared his first release ‘Voice For The Voiceless‘ online. 5 years later, Humble has been featured in Rolling Stones, MTV, and FHM, in addition to gracing stages at international music festivals including London’s Alchemy, India’s NH7 and Lollapalooza in Chicago. To commemorate the 5 year milestone, Humble has revisited Kaytranada’s flip of Jeff Buckley’s ‘Dream Brother‘ to kick off his #HumbleFriday series.
